Für die Spinat-Käse-Stangen:
Für die gefüllten Blätterteig-Stangen die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch fein hacken. In Olivenöl anschwitzen. Spinat zugeben und ein paar Minuten mitanschwitzen. Schafskäse zerbröseln und zugeben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Den Blätterteig in 8 Streifen schneiden, die Füllung längs auf je einer Seite der Stangen verteilen und längs einrollen. Die Ränder gut zusammen drücken und die Stangen auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech geben. Mit einem verquirltem Ei bestreichen und mit Sesam bestreuen. Im vorgeheiztem Ofen bei 190°C Heißluft 15 Minuten backen.
In der Zwischenzeit für das Risotto den Reis mit heißem Wasser in eine große Pfanne geben. Zum Kochen bringen und bei mittlerer Hitze etwa 12-15 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen. Dabei gelegentlich umrühren.
Etwas Orangenabrieb, Saft der Orange, frisch geriebenen Parmesan und Butter unterrühren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Risotto mit den gebackenen Spinat-Käse-Stangen servieren.
